Amanda Righetti

Amanda Elizabeth Righetti is an American actor and producer. She became famous for her character of an agent named Grace Van Pelt in CBS the police procedural drama 'The Mentalist'. Righetti is a Utah born native, who was raised in the state of Utah she had always dreamed about becoming a performer. The fourth year of her life, Righetti began dancing. In 1995 she made her major screen debut by starring in the movie "Love and Joy". She made her debut on the tiny screen by appearing as a guest star in CBS' 'CSI Crime Scene Investigation'. Righetti started her modeling career at fourteen. A few years later, she relocated in Los Angeles and continued to take on small roles but with significant significance before she was cast as the character who recurred Hailey Nichol in Fox's teen drama 'The O.C.'. Righetti was also a key character in the slasher movie "Friday The 13th," the action film Captain America: The First Avenger' the Fox soap opera 'North Shore', and the drama series "Reunion". From 2008 to 2015, she played Grace Van Pelt in 'The Mentalist'. The film received the praise of critics on her character.
