Jacob released his debut single Sweatshirt in the year 2016. Jacob was ranked 9th in the top searches for a music artist of 2016. His first EP, "The Last Text" was released in the year 2017. Since then, he has released five additional EPs, including the albums Left Me hanging and Better With You. Jacob Sartorius is a huge social media follower. Over 11.3 million people follow his account on Instagram as well as TikTok has 23.6 million. A Youtube channel he calls self-titled "Self-titled" has about 3,000,000 members.
